This room seems to be designed for secrecy.
There are locked crates in the back of the room and tables are set up for a meeting of some sort.
The walls muffle the sounds of the outside world and you notice, upon further inspection, that there are several hidden panels that people could hide and wait in.
There is also a room leading outside.
